About this Course

The Interviewing for Introverts® course is geared toward mid-level candidates but will be helpful for interviewees at all levels, from senior leadership to entry-level candidates.

This course features over an hour of audio recordings (with transcripts) to articulate and reinforce each of 15 key sections that cover the entire interview process. You can listen to them as many times as you wish, taking notes or on-the-go, as best fits your needs and schedule.

Next, you will find 29 interview prompts that you can use to create your own mock interview (or with a friend), which is a highly effective means to accelerate your prep. If you record yourself answering some or all of these prompts, you will have a better sense (from a third-party perspective) of how you present yourself in interviews and what you can improve.

There is also a bonus chapter from Master the Interview: A Guide for Working Professionals, 2nd Edition, which is Chapter 5 of the book, titled Generating More Interviews. This book was written by the author of the course, an executive coach who has partnered with hundreds of candidates to prepare for interviews and job search.

The following additional lessons round out the course:

  • Short videos with pointers on online interviewing (also with transcripts)
  • Tips for how to hold mock interviews, an extremely effective (albeit sometimes daunting) strategy for introverts
  • A high-priority pre-interview checklist
  • A single-page worksheet to tightly focus your interview prep
  • A post-interview debrief form
  • A high-level overview of how to use AI for interview prep
  • Suggestions for further resources

Please note that, due to the nature of the materials included, this course is not returnable once purchased. For any comments or questions about, or suggestions to expand or improve, this Interviewing for Introverts® course, please contact us at [email protected].
