  • Group presentation and discussion: 1:00 to 2:00 pm ET (facilitated by Ms. Segal and Ms. Goodman)

  • Mock Interview #1: 2:05 to 2:30 pm ET (groups of 2-3 members of the workshop)

  • Mock Interview #2: 2:35 to 3:00 pm ET (groups of 2-3 members of the workshop)

  • Final group Q&A and close: 3:10 to 4:00 pm (led by Ms. Segal and Ms. Goodman)

Participant Criteria

The Interviewing for Introverts (TM) workshop is geared toward mid-level candidates with at least eight years of work experience at a public or private company or large-scale non-profit organization (or combination thereof). 

Each workshop participant agrees to (1) keep all non-public information about other participants confidential, (2) not record any portion of the workshop, (3) submit a current resume by Friday, October 20, 2023 (which should reflect your current role, even if it is not ready for "general circulation") and (4) complete a short pre-workshop questionnaire.

Fees and Payment Information

Payment is due with five (5) business days of acceptance of your application, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance, and in any case no later than Wednesday, October 18, 2023.

Please contact Segal Coaching LLC at [email protected] if you would like information about the opportunity to schedule one or more mock interviews (following the workshop). These mock interviews will be conducted by coaches and/or other individuals associated with Segal Coaching LLC, who have demonstrated exceptional facility in the interviewing process.

Annette Goodman, is a Leadership and Performance Executive Coach, author, facilitator, speaker, and leadership development strategist with an extensive background of more than 25 years of leadership experience in both corporate and non-profit settings, including as a Senior Project Manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

As a coach, Annette partners with senior and emerging leaders to create sustainable impact in their professional and personal lives, asking thought-provoking questions to devise personalized solutions. Annette also works with clients who are reflecting on 360 performance feedback, exploring their future direction and career path, strengthening boundaries on their time, and seeking tools to manage their stress and anxiety.

With a focus on incorporating neuroscience principles into her practice, Annette’s coaching clients explore how they can rewire their brains to cultivate new habitual ways of thinking, feeling and communicating.
