Mock Interview #1: 1:35 to 1:55 pm ET (groups of 2-3 members of the workshop)
Mock Interview #2: 2:00 to 2:20 pm ET (groups of 2-3 members of the workshop)
Overview of small group discussions: 2:20 to 2:30 pm ET (led by Ms. Segal)
Small group discussions: 2:30 to 3:00 pm ET (facilitated by members of the Segal Coaching Team)
Final group Q&A and close: 3:00 to 3:30 pm ET (facilitated by Ms. Segal)

These mock interviews will be conducted by career professionals, in partnership with Segal Coaching LLC, who have demonstrated exceptional facility in the interviewing process.
Participant Criteria
This workshop is geared toward mid-level candidates with at least eight years of work experience at a public or private company or large-scale non-profit organization (or combination thereof). Each workshop participant shall agree to (1) keep all non-public information about other participants confidential, (2) not record any portion of the workshop, (3) submit a current resume at least five (5) days prior to the start of the workshop and (4) complete a short pre-workshop questionnaire.
