I must admit that I had no idea what to expect, and I don't usually like group workshops. But this one was different. There was clear value in the mock interviews with other GCs and candidates for the GC role as well as Anne Marie's insights on the thorniest of interview questions. I got a much better picture of where my strengths lie and what I need to work on. I might have even uncovered the reason that I have had a hard time with interviews until this point. Great session.

About this Workshop

Who Should Join

This workshop is geared toward current General Counsel and those in GC-adjacent roles (e.g., AGC and/or Corporate Secretary) who are candidates for GC roles at a public or private company or large-scale non-profit organization. Law firm partners or senior attorneys may be considered on a case-by-case basis who are seeking (or plan to seek) a General Counsel role, provided that the number of outside counsel in any GC Interview Prep workshop is limited to two participants. Segal Coaching LLC will unenroll anyone who is not a fit for the parameters of this workshop or the participant group.

Participant Agreements

Each workshop participant shall agree to (1) keep all non-public information about other participants confidential, (2) not record any portion of the workshop and (3) submit a current resume by Wednesday, May 10, 2024.
