  • Overview of small group discussions: 2:40 to 2:50 pm ET (led by Ms. Segal)

  • Small group discussions: 2:50 to 3:20 pm ET (facilitated by members of the Segal Coaching Team)

Participant Criteria

This workshop is geared toward mid-level candidates with at least eight years of work experience at a public or private company or large-scale non-profit organization (or combination thereof). Each workshop participant shall agree to (1) keep all non-public information about other participants confidential, (2) not record any portion of the workshop, (3) submit a current resume at least five (5) days prior to the start of the workshop and (4) complete a short pre-workshop questionnaire.

Fees and Payment Information

Payment is due with five (5) business days of acceptance of your application, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance, and in any case no later than Friday, April 21, 2023.

10% discount for (1) veterans or active military members and their spouses, (2) members of any other program and (3) clients of Segal Coaching LLC.
